1. Why do I need a subscription for my Benbengo GPS tracker?

A subscription allows your GPS tracker to connect to cellular networks and the Benbengo platform, enabling real-time tracking of your device. It covers data usage and provides access to tracking features via our app and web platform.

 

2. How do I purchase a subscription for my tracker?

You can purchase a subscription directly through the Benbengo app or on our website. Simply create an account, link your tracker, and choose the subscription plan that best fits your needs.

 

3. What are the available subscription plans?

Benbengo offers two subscription plans: monthly and annual. Both plans include the same features, so you can choose the one that suits your preference.

 

4. Can I cancel or change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your subscription plan at any time through your account settings to send us an in-app message or use your registered email to submit your request. If you cancel, your tracker will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Yes, you can request a refund for your subscription within 30 days of activation. After this period, refunds are only available in extreme cases.
